This item arrived very well packaged. The tree enclosed in approximately 4" of foam rubber, and all the "ornaments" were packaged in foam rubber as well, each in it's individual cut out. It is a beautiful little item, and would make a great gift for anybody that likes glass or sea creatures. I love it, and would purchase it again without hesitation.
